However, our platform is not an open market; there is quality control on all aspects, including who exactly is coaching and interacting with students on the platform. Our customers are students. That means we have both a special privilege, and a serious ethical responsibility, in working with them. We strongly support paid work. Employers, if you hire from our platform, we ask that you compensate appropriately for internships, part-time work, and special projects. If you are a small non-profit and truly cannot afford to pay, please find a sponsor organization that can. Failing that, Careerly will pick up the tab. No unpaid work.
